With this portable hand held device you can seal heat seal-compatible plastic film and materials such as aluminum foil, coated paper or coated cellulose film easily and flexibly. The PTFE-coated jaws prevent materials from sticking on the seal bars. Please note direct heat sealers cannot seal polyethylene material.
Depending on the material, allow 5-15 minutes of warm up time for the sealer to reach the desired temperature. Turn the temperature controller to the desired setting, the power and heat lamp will turn on. Just insert the material between the jaws and close the jaws for a few seconds. Release the jaw. Increase or decrease the timing until a satisfactory seal is obtained.
