How long does it take?
A. Our goal is to provide excellent quality products in a timely fashion. Most price quotes are available in 24 to 48 hours. We have the capability to manufacture packaging products domestically or overseas, and lead times can vary greatly. With multiple manufacturing and printing facilities available, we are able to find the best turnaround time available to fit your needs. Your price quote will include an estimated lead time range. A more specific estimated lead time will be provided with your order confirmation.
Is shipping included?
A. We normally quote a delivered price that includes shipping based on the zip code you provide when you request a quote. The size of the order will determine the proper shipping carrier with the greatest cost benefit.
Are There Minimum Quantity Requirements?
A. There are minimum order quantity requirements (MOQ) which vary according to the size and thickness of your bags. Your quote will usually show the minimum required quantity plus the next few price break levels unless you specify the quantities you want quoted.
Will I recieve the amount I order?
All of our mills attempt to produce the desired quantity. However, due to the nature of the manufacturing process, over/underruns are common and are billed at the quoted price. The industry standard over/under tolerances vary with the quantity and the type of bags being produced. Plus or minus 10% is a typical tolerance for non-printed standard poly bags in most cases, but with certain printed bags or specialty bags the over/under standard can be as much as 25%.
What about artwork?
A.For printed bags please provide artwork in an acceptable digital format such as .pdf or .ai. We can give you a plate charge estimate when we receive sample artwork.
